Corporation & LLC Formation
If you have a business, you may want to form a corporation or a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to give you some added liability and/or tax protection. We recommend to talk to your tax advisor first to determine which structure will best benefit your from a tax standpoint. Once that is determined, we can file the documents for you with the Secretary of State, prepare your operating agreement and/or by laws, obtain a tax ID number and register you with FinCen so that you are in compliance federally.
