Built on Experience
After serving as an associate and a partner with two other local law firms from 1998 through 2008, F. Lee Perkins formed his own practice in October of 2008. We are truly a local, hometown firm providing residential and commercial real estate closing services, along with will & probate and corporate formation services. With the years of experience attained by our attorneys and staff, we are one of the most experienced real estate law firms in the NW Georgia area. We are experienced in handling all types of closings, whether it is “for sale by owner” transactions, short sales, relocation company sales, foreclosed bank owned (REO) sales, 1031 Exchanges, self directed IRA loans, FHA, VA and conventional mortgages, and cash sales. We work with lenders, agents, buyers and sellers on all types of transactions to efficiently accommodate our clients needs. Further, we work closely with our title underwriters, Stewart Title Guaranty and Chicago Title Insurance Company to solve and manage title problems so that the closings make it to the closing table.
